We have been a professional breeder in the Phoenix area since 1997. Our prices are between $800-$2,500 depending on the number of champions in the pedigree of the parents and the assessed quality of each pup. We specialize in the family friendly Rottweiler. Though each of our puppies has at least 30 champions in their pedigree, our goal is not to produce show dogs, but to create the very best CHILD FRIENDLY ROTTWEILER to help improve the reputation of this beautiful breed. They are very powerful dogs, and if the breedings are not selected carefully, you can have an unsafe temerament produced. We currently have only 6 adult dogs and produce only 4-5 litters a year. We are not out to make money (if you're making any significant money at breeding, you are likely cutting important corners like quality food or vet care). In fact, we often loose money at this, as we skimp on nothing.
Our adult dogs are now owned by a friend and partner of mine in Ash Fork Arizona (40 miles west of Flagstaff) where they are able to stay cool in the summer, and have a 40 acre ranch to play on with goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and even peacocks! And by another friend and partner of mine in Casa Grande. If you would like to visit the adults, please contact me for information. These partnerships have become necessary due to my needing to short sell my house to move closer to where my son goes to school (phoenix), and due to financial hardship. The puppies come down to me in Phoenix at 5 weeks old, where they are socialized, photographed, priced and posted for sale. Our puppies are very well socialized by myself (I work full time at home as a telecommuting employee), my son everyday when he gets home from school, and by the multiple friends and visitors we have over. Early socialization is very important in producing the kind of temperament we desire. Large kennels that have more than 20 dogs, and more than 3 litters at a time do not have the time to provide adequate socialization. Puppy "imprinting" is achieved in the first 12 weeks of life. Our daily socialization time ensures you that your pup is well on his or her way to have an exceptionally friendly personality. Rottweilers are naturally protective of their home and family. This trait does not need to be encouraged in breeding. Be VERY wary of anyone that advertises that they are producing dogs for "personal protection", or with medium to high "drive". These are warning signs of unstable and possibly aggressive temperaments. With our dogs, If there is something happening that threatens you or your home, your beloved family member will make sure nothing happens to you. This is just natural for them. You become their world, and there is nothing more important to them than their family. So why do we do this if we don't make money at it? Our reward is finding the perfect match for your family, and seeing the wonderful photos that you email to us as they grow, and hearing about how much love they have added to your home.
